ProjectMantra is monitored 24 * 7 and all IT support issues are managed internally.  There is no IT administration burden for users and therefore no need for IT support.

 

For other issues, we offer a query answering service by email during office hours 9am to 5pm UK time (excluding UK public holidays).  We will respond in no more than 4 working hours.
