Together with the fact that the minimum contract period is one month, trying ProjectMantra is risk free and the cost of ownership is as low as it can be. When you are signed up, the monthly charge reflects the number of current active users. If you add users to the system, you are notified of the new monthly amount and the revised charge is applied at the end of the month. If you decrease the number of users, the amount payable is reduced. Either way you are kept informed, and can be sure your costs precisely match your usage.
