The optional Sage module allows expenses entered by users to be imported into Sage Line 50 as itemised journal transactions. The expense entry form is extended to allow users to select the relevant nominal code, i.e., travel, subsistence, etc., and the user setup page is extended to allow a supplier code to be allocated to each user. In order to ensure record integrity, it is essential that the Workflow module is also enabled so that only approved expenses are transferred.
