ProjectMantra Service Level
We understand Project Management and web applications and are confident that ProjectMantra can deliver the benefits that we claim for it. Our service level obligations to you are formally defined in the contract that is established between us when you sign up to the full service. Below we have extracted key points so that you can be confident that ProjectMantra can deliver for you.
 
We host ProjectMantra on a dedicated server in a state of the art Data Centre in Newbridge, Edinburgh, and we are confident that the service will be available for you for 99.9% of the time. All servers have some downtime for planned maintenance, but this will not be during normal office hours and we will advise you in advance. Any unplanned outage or emergency maintenance will be resolved as quickly as possible.
 
 
If the Service is unavailable for 4 hours or more during normal office hours (UK time), you will be entitled to claim a credit up to the full monthly charge, depending on how long the system is unavailable. This is of course based on the problem being at our end. We cannot provide any refunds if you lose internet access from your company.
